Harward Family History Fair was a success.
On Saturday April 24, 2010 we held a family history fair beginning with classes in New FamilySearch. We appreciate those who attended those classes and expect them to be shakers and movers to motivate other family members to become familiar with the New FamilySearch website if you are not already familiar with it. I invite anyone who needs more instruction to join me at the American Fork Regional Family History Center in the basement of the tabernacle there to visit with me there on Thursday afternoons or Friday mornings where I serve as a Family History Consultant. For further information contact me on my cell phone at 801-362-7716 or via e-mail at russharward@msn.com.
Following the classes we had a family story telling session which we video taped and will make available later in the summer. Representatives from each of Ozias and Eva's children told their story although we still have some stories to complete. We invite you to send us any pictures that you would like to have inserted into the video. Those pictured from left to right are: Judy Harward getting out of the van (Afton Harward's daughter-in-law), Ray & Carolee Asbell, Charlene Stowell (Tom's daughters), Linda Darcy (Elmira's Grand-daughter), and Ilene Olsen (Harvey's daughter). The grand finale was a delicious BBQ presided over by Eldon Harward. Further communication this year will be via e-mail so please send me your e-mail addresses. We will be coordinating the family history research via e-mail and through this blog spot.
